This place is going down. Don't let the somewhat clean grounds fool you. The garbage area is filthy, people just can't seem to throw the garbage in the bin and the maintenance crew take time to pick it up. It takes them forever to mend to your request, the heater was down in the winter took them like 3 weeks to fix then it still was not working properly. The a/c was messed up in the summer took them another 3-4 weeks to fix it, the stove had an electrical shock on the back burner and a nail was pushing out of the cabinets, I had constant calls and threats to the head leasing office but still that did not good. Management changed quite a few times. And now they let any and anybody into this complex. My stereo in my car was stolen a neighbors windows was broken in, there was a flood in the bottom apartments in the E building which would have been prevented had the maintainace crew fix the problem. A 13 year old got shot with a pellat gun in the complex and if after all that you do decide to stay there do not stay in the back apartments neither in building E cause people use that little area to smoke. Could you believe I only spent a year there. And i have a friend who is currently living there (06/07/06) and things didn't seem to get better
