My husband & I both lived there previously during our 1st marriages and we came back!! We knew that we could live reasonably without having to pay for heat or water and with teens, it's a blessing!! The staff has had history of turnovers, but changes were made 7 years ago and seems to be better. The only drawback is that the pool is a major draw, but has a crack in it each year. The staff is not to blame for not being able to fix it, but the owners should sink the money for full repairs and updated ameitites to continue having the draw from Champaign.
