I've lived here for 6 years and just renewed a 13 month lease. They have replaced everything in the apartment that I have ever asked them to. They are very flexable to a good tenant and I have quiet neighbors. I never see children in the complex! I did however time my requests for major upgrades at lease renewal points :)

They have replaced the carpet, painted the walls, replaced the lenolium, counter tops and cabinets (both kitchen & bath) and have been very quick to respond to all maintenance requests. There is actual insulation in the walls and ceiling and I have had very little noise problems, UNLIKE the newer complexes with NO INSULATION BETWEEN THE FLOOR/WALLS AND CEILINGS!! Quiet, Gated and NO PROBLEMS! This is a SMALL community, and people do see what goes on around here.

So if you have a NOISY life or come in at 4:00 am with a LOUD car radio, Do drugs and have alot of after hours parties I.E. "traffic" in and out, this is not the place for you, as there is a new APD officer living on site that is working diligently to eliminate sutch offenders from the property.

The "they are nosey" post from the previous review, in my opinion is actually a PLUS

If they didn't give a damn, they would NOT be nosey, and if you are an upstanding tenant, you don't need to worry about them "seeing" what your doing!

As far as a HUGE and immediate late fee, they want to get the rif-raf out of here as quickly as possible. This is a GOOD THING.

Pay your rent on time and you don't need to be concerned about a late fee.

I'd be glad to meet and greet ya, through the leasing office. They know who I am.
