I lived there for a year. The management was ok. I enjoyed the fitness center. It's located right next to a liquor store and strip joint. I was approached a few times and asked if i had any drugs. If you dont like ---- this place is not for you! I was one of the very few straight males there but I never had a problem. Most of my neighbors were ok but I never got to know them as well as I have at other apartment communities. I never felt completely comfortable there for various reasons....it was small, no sense of community, not a good/safe area. If you are a professional business person I doubt this place is right for you.

Well, I have never heard of anyone being approached about drugs here. The only con I have is that the parking is very tight and I am considering getting my car repainted when my lease is up due to severe drag marks on the side of my car from some of the residents who drive bid pickups and those who don't care. THis is somewhat avoidable is you are one willing to park a little further from the building. If you take into consideration that it is an older complex and that it comes with its issues (that maintenance is quick to fix)than you will be fine.
