To anyone reading these reviews so that they can get a better idea of the type of place this is, my suggestion to you is, IGNORE the lames who leave anonymous reviews complaining about security, and such. AND I DARE ANY OF THEM TO SAY OTHERWISE. In fact, I left MY NAME...Surely there's a reason for negative posters to NOT leave a name... LOL!

Seriously, this place is a GREAT place to live, espcially given the price compared to other communities right down the road. It's failry quiet, hidden from the main road, and everyone's pretty friendly. People keep to themselves, but you still have an idea of who lives next door, on top, etc.

The management office is awesome, DESPITE what some people say on here. Patricia has been here as long as I've been here, and she's always on top of things. Whenever I leave a message or come in to tell her or anyone on property about something that needs to be fixed, it's done. Granted, it may not be done as soon as the words leave my mouth, but they DO make sure they get everything taken care of. Okay fine, there may be ANOTHER request that takes priority over yours, but that's normally because it's AN EMERGENCY. Randy and Ronnie always make sure that they take care of whatever I need.

And, it's safe here. Yes, there have been some cars that were broken into. But that's not uncommon living where we live. It's the CITY, and stuff happens in the city. There's nothing anyone can do to prevent your car from getting broken into. If someone wants to jump the fence and break a window, there isn't a management team around here that would be able to prevent that. Unless you expect to be living in a community that has a barbed wire, electric shock fence... And I doubt any sane person would want to live in a coummunity like that! LOL! You just have to be responsible for your own security. Use common sense. Be aware of your surroundings. Do that, and you're good.

Soooo, to make this short (cause I do have better things to do with my time),Lakeshore is a great place to live. Don't be foold by people like BillyBojangles (yeah, cause THAT's a real name) who post complaints on here because they have nothing better to do...

You're so smart... I mean, who the heck would actually put their FIRST NAME/LAST INITAL on here? A-duh! Idiocy makes for great comedy...Anyone who lives here woulud probably know who I am, no need for me to hide behind an alias. And yeah, BillyBojangles is SO creative... Wow, maybe you can get an award for Most Creative ScreenName or something. And, um... Can you say alert? That would be the email one normally gets when something is posted. A-DUH, Einstein. Keep talking, and you might even be lucky enough to get my famous single-finger greeting next time I look out the window.

Your use of ALL CAPS has convinced me. Yes, you are using your real name, because your real name is 'xochtlem'. That's a really common name. Say hi to someone in apartment management, who suspiciously posted this review the SAME DAY a bad review went up. (See, I can use all caps, too.)NOTE TO ANY READERS: Ask yourself what kind of person or resident sets up email notification for an apartment review site? Management, that's who. And apparently you set up email notification before you even posted a review of this place, since your review comes after mine. That sound you hear is your house of cards falling down.
