Good but not Great

Pros:

1- Small Community
2- Parking is easy for you and guest
3- Price is quite competitive and W/D is included in every apartment
4- Helpful management and maitenance staff

Cons:
1- Below average gym
2- Safety needs to be worked at (in two weeks period, I got a notice about car break-ins and someone held at Gunpoint!!)
