Management doesn't care.

This place is on the fast track to becoming a slum. The property manager, --------, will maintain that Lakeshore is not responsible for anything, and if you have a complaint, you have to take it to their lawyers. Nice.
The security is a joke - about 50% of the time, the call box out front is inoperable, and one or more of the gates is broken. There are more and more break-ins, and more and more vagrants coming on to the property.
It's right by the interstate, a huge liquor store and a ----- hou - er, 'massage parlor'.
I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling. A leak. And it took nearly a month to get it fixed.
Bottom line - take your business elsewhere. This is not a safe or responsible place for you or your children.

I actually think they get things done really fast around here..I've lived here for three years and things have been great, when I moved in, the hwy was close to the complex so thats nothing new. -------- always handles my issues as soon as possible, and I've been here longer than you. I think its great living here and I do have kids, and feel they are very safe

--------, do you always talk about yourself in the third person? Ladies and gentlemen, another example of management defending the property themselves, while posing as a tenant.
Classy organization, this Lakeshore Crossing.
"But don't try to just assign posts to one person because you can't think of anyone else. I think the people in the office have better ---- to do than to sit on the internet all damn day."
They do have better ---- to do than sit on the internet all day. But they just choose to ignore whatever it is they SHOULD be doing. It's not just crime, it's unresponsive and downright ignorant management.

Wow, this is crazy... I've lived here going on two years AND I have a small child. There's nothing unsafe about this place, as far as I can see. I'm very comfortable with the safety here, and I think the key, just like anywhere else, is USING COMMON SENSE when it comes to your safety. It is MY responsiblity to make sure that I keep MYSELF safe.... How the hell can anyone in their right mind depend on someone else to keep them safe from common crime?! We live in a freaking CITY, NOT the boondocks or backwoods of Georgia. When you live in the city, you run the risk of getting mugged ANYWHERE, whether walking to your car in the middle of the night, or coming out of church service. That's life.
But, what I'd like to know is why the hell everytime I come on here, there's someone complaining about crime around here, as if we're living in the 'hood or something? This is BUCKHEAD. This is NOT BANKHEAD, or any other neighborhood in Atlanta that may be associated with higher crime rates. When's the last time you heard of a major drug bust in Lakeshore Crossing (or anywhere in the area for that matter), that resulted in an old lady being shot to death?! Has there ever been a situation where any one of us has ever had to hear about a small child being caught in the crossfire of a drive-by? HELL FREAKING NO. Why? Because this is Buckhead, where the property taxes around here help pay for better protection.
My suggestion to you or anyone else that feels the need to complain about a car break-in or two, is that you visit a REAL slum/project/whateveryouwannacallit, and then let me know if you still feel this place is the same as that. In fact, instead of getting up on here to complain, maybe you shouls just go back to living in the boondock somewhere, because that's probably the only place where you'll be able to leave your car unlocked and the worst that would happen is a freaking horse tramples over it. LMAO!
Oh and one more thing, if you wanna know who wrote something, just ask and ye shall receive an answer. But don't try to just assign posts to one person because you can't think of anyone else. I think the people in the office have better ---- to do than to sit on the internet all damn day.
