Great Community From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I chose to live at Dunwoody Club because it is settled in the middle of large old trees. If you don't like bugs/nature then move to the city and surround yourself with tall buildings where nothing survives and your utility bills are sky high because you don't have shade. Just a hint, there is free pest control each week if you call and ask for it. Another option would to buy a can of bug spray. Maintenance is great here and very responsive and the office staff is very helpful. Much progress has been made on this property the past 6 months. I just renewed for another year!
