We liked the layout of the apartment. But we have had problems:
1. Getting the staff to return our phone calls.
2. The staff wont answer the phones and the voice mail says it's full and can't take anymore messages.
3. I was in the office and watched as they ignored the phones.
4. When I did finally get through I was told ONLY the agent that started the paperwork could talk to us. And of course she was out of the office.
5. I called to speak to our "agent" VAL. I was told she was at lunch. When I called back 4 hours later I was told the same thing. I called them on it and the young lady admitted she didn't know if Val was at lunch and yes, she was lying to me.
6. They have "boat storage" that is never locked and looks more like a junk yard. Old refrigerators and TVs stacked up against the fence so you can’t see the trash from the outside.
7. We are never told the same thing twice. Once we're told that there is a specific minimum Apartment Renters Insurance, Then, I'm told it's what ever we want it to be but it IS required. They never said it was required when we first spoke.
All in all this looks like a very shaky place to live. We will be looking for another place tomorrow. We wont be moving in.
