Horrible Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   I loved it when I first moved in a couple years ago. I couldn't wait to get out at the end of July. The apartment above me had some kind of septic leak and even though I called almost daily for 2 weeks, I couldn't get maintenance to come out and stop the leak. It smelled so bad in my apartment that I would gag when I walked in. People shouldn't have to live like that. I also found a dead possum in my bedroom. A real possum - I have no idea how it got into the house, but it was definitely there. I also was grabbed one night while walking to my apartment. This guy had a hold of my arm and wouldn't let me go. After telling him to let me go twice, I started to scream and one of my neighbors came out and the guy ran off.
