Most of the comments on this board are left by people that can't get away with what they want to get away with st Dunwoody Club. The managers run a tight ship, and have the community looking great! When people can't get away with leaving garbage outside of their doors, and loud music, they get upset and come on websites like this to vent. Even I got a letter for not picling up after my dogs. I was mad at first, but then realized, these guys are doing an awesome job. It's not the best, but if you want the best you'll pay for it. DWC is a great value.

Are you STUPID? Managment SUCKS here. I've been here over 4 years and this is the worse it has ever been. Front Office Staff SUCKS and so does TONY the manager. They can paint and clean but this property is going down, big time.

I totally disagree with your review!! Are you truly a resident??? I think not!! Management use gestapo like tactics to do their job. There are other humane ways to get results than distributing threatening, harassing letters to the tenants. Are we prisoners?? Are we criminals??? Take your rose colored glasses off and smell the "coffee". Wake up and face the reality!!

I completely agree with the above review. If you've ever worked in a customer service job, then you know how people can be and that sometimes you have to be assertive to get things across. Just put yourself in the other person's shoes. And for the person who mentioned the manager "Tony" you should make sure you're talking about the correct property because I've lived here for several years, and there has never been a Tony who worked in the office.
