Dunwoody Club Apartments are not bad.. They are very cheap for the area and size. On the other hand, they are very old and have not had any major renovations. If you can live in an outdated apartment and not mind it, then these will work. (and I mean everything is old.. plumbing, electrical, carpet, kitchens, windows, heaters and A/C, etc.) I have had to make a few maintenance requests, all of which were handled very quickly, and by very friendly people. The office staff leaves something to be desired, but if you talk to them all you can generally get some decent answers. Overall living here is not bad. Now, the absolute worst part of this complex.... DirectPath, formerly MediaWorks. This company is absolute garbage. I'm sure it has something to do with the age of the cable wiring in the buildings, but come on... rewire it!! And for the life of me I can't figure out why Dunwoody would sign a contract with such a junk cable provider. The internet is extremely terrible, low bandwidth... The cable tv gets a junky signal, and we miss out on some channels that other companies can provide. The digital package is a joke, is $15 extra and when you call to say it doesn't work I want to get rid of it, they want to charge a $25 downgrade fee... I have never heard of such a thing. Anyway, DirectPath is pretty new here, and they are saying how wonderful updates are going to be done, but who knows when...not a thing has happened yet. The other alternative is satellite..but they don't offer High Speed... DSL is out of the question for me, yet so is the HS cable I have now... UGH!

I too live in a complex with MediaWorks/Directpath. They are hands-down the WORST "service" organization I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Just to provide one of about 1,000 examples of their terrible service; their on-line bill-pay system double charged me for a recent payment, and I have now spent approximately 5 of the last 48 hours arguing with their "customer care" department (what a TREMENDOUS misnomer) to try to get back the money they stole. Unbelievable. In short, if your complex uses or is considering using DirectPath, run for your life . . . or at least your sanity!!!!
