I have lived in this apartment complex for sometime now and have watched it slowly go down. When I first moved in, it was a nice community with a helpful office staff. Now, the office has no clue what happened to your packages, can't remember to return a phone call, forgets to open the door for carpet cleaning (even after they have you fax 3 notes permitting them to do so), and the maintenance staff isn't as fast as they used to be. I still have things in my apartment that need to be repaired. The parking here is horrible and now it seems like they're letting just anybody move in. Nice, safe Buckhead location, but as soon as soon as my lease is up I'm leaving! Can't wait!
