I have lived here a while. Its now a condo facility, not apartments. They are very nice with hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite counter tops and tile floors. The renovation has been very nice. The security is excellent. There are usually 3 security staff on-site at night. The gates are closed 99% of the time unless there is a problem. The parking is a problem, however there is a back lot that has plenty of places. The grounds are well-kept, and currently they are not planting flowers due to the local drought. I would recommend it if you can afford it. It is a nice place to stay.
