Nicer than it looks

This place burned down in 2001 and was rebuilt from the inside out. The outer building doesn't look all that great, but inside, very nice. I had a brand new apartment when I moved in. Neighborhood is OK, just watch outside once in awhile. Surrounding area can be shady and mixed sometimes.
OK lots of --------- live here, some ------, but mostly whites. Lots of --- guys live here. :) Moderate turn-over rate. I stayed a year before I moved (job change, otherwise I would have stayed.) Decent management. No pool, tennis courts, even laundry, but the rent is cheap, too.
