The place is OK, kind of dumpy looking on the outside and the surrounding communities are all pretty run down and forlorn looking.

The driveway is a pain here because people don't understand the concept of "one way only." Some people are rude in how they park their cars.

Few animals, and I have yet to see any kids and I've lived here almost two years. Clean, if small, apartments, one and two bedrooms, upstairs and downstairs.

Management is nice and repairs are done quickly (but I haven't had to request any repairs in almost two years.) My new refridgerator messed up right after they put it in, and they replaced it with another new one the same day.

OK now to the --- part. Lots of --- guys live here and most seem to know each other. Lots os hispanic and black ---- and some white guys, too. Just look for the rainbow and HRC bumper stickers. The apartments have front and back doors, and the back doors are cool for having your anonymous tricks just pull up, park, come in the back, and, well, come in the back. :) I recommend Lenox Terrace.
