No credit check, no screening

I lived here 9 months. It was OK but nothing special at all. In fact the management does nothing to screen tenants and they don't even run a credit check. I know because I have a FICO score of 391 and I got in with no problem and no extra deposit. There's nothing here, no pool, no laundry, nothing. Very bare bones. Clean, nice maintainance man and yard man but he tries to borrow money all the time from tenants.
