I lived here one year and I am so glad to be leaving.

Yeah, it was renovated after it burned down in 2001 but after an initial attempt to develop a good tenant base, it seemed that literally anyone was allowed to move in.

They illegally discriminate against people with children - no kids live there.

The parking lot looks like ---- and needs a paving, if not at least a paint job.

The -------- in the next door complex will have sex with their blinds open, and you can't help but see it from Lenox Terrace, so if you're a voyeur, you'll like this place, otherwise you have to grin and bear it.

Numerous vanadalisms occured while I lived here.

Slutty --- guys live here and have their ditzy friends over often, which leads to loud music, drugs, and ----- fights when they get mad at each other.

Homeless people wandering around on Lenox Road and the whole area looks like it is going to hell.

There's a pair of sneakers hanging from the electrical wires out front - I noticed this the day I moved out - and we all know what that means! Get your cracks cocaine here! (I'd post the exact apartment numbers but I won't.) Watch out parking anywhere in the lot: you'll either scrape your fender on the wall, or get hit by some drunk idiot coming home from the bars.
