I almost rented from here the owner made no effort to contact my job to confirm my monthly earnings he blew me off he said he would contact me by the end of the day instead he left early when early that day charlett told me to "hurry up and turn on the utlites" i can move in on friday now it's problem cause i make tips! i took my deposit and left . if he's that dependable before i move in he gonna suc as an owner once i'm there.
