Pretty cool apartments

I have had a good experience at Lenox Terrace. The apartments were totally renovated inside and out a few years ago, so its almost like living in a new place. The kitchen appliances are new, the kitchen cabinets are new, all fixtures are new. There is cool looking track lighting in the dining area. I also enjoy the fact that there is both a front and back door. The courtyard with trees and plants in the middle of the apartment building is a nice touch. The apartments themselves are VERY spacious with large walk-in closets and huge rooms. Previous posters weren't lying. There is a no-hassle application process and the apartments are extremely easy to get approved for. Good if your credit is less than stellar.

I also enjoy the fact that Lenox Terrace is walking distance to so many restaurants, 24 hour places, and bars/clubs along Cheshire Bridge Rd. Also within walkin distance is a movie theater, mcdonalds, cvs pharmacy, and a Publix grocery store. Also if you were so determined, you could ride your bike or jog to Lindbergh Marta station. If not, there are several bus routes nearby and it only takes 3 or 4 minutes to get to Lindbergh via bus. With me finally moving into the city from the suburbs, I found this to be wonderful. I can actually walk places lol.

Also, the apartments are in very close proximity to both Buckhead and Midtown Atlanta. Actually, its kind of in between the two. Prices are very reasonable for the location. The only negative about these apartments is that they are no-frills. There is no pool/rental office or laundry facility on site. However, that is to be expected in a small, privately owned apartment building. There is a laundry closet in each apartment with hookups for a stackable washer and dryer. I purchased a stackable unit from someone on craigslist for really cheap, so the laundry room thing is not an issue. There is also a laundromat nearby and the property manager can provide you with a phone number to some company that rents washer/dryer units. Also, the parking lot is very tight and requires you to parallel park.

Overall, I recommend Lenox Square to anyone who wants an affordable place to live in the city with close proximity to everything. Also, Charlotte, the property manager is nice enough and helpful.
