I am strongly considering not renewing my lease.I have enjoyed living here but recent extreme pronounced changes are guiding my direction.
Staff personnel are friendly.Maintenance staff personnel are professional and "HONEST/TRUSTWORTHY".
Maintenance issues go unresolved.This is turning into a compounded problem for many units.Issue appears to be driven by owner management.Response to tennant issues is Dismissive.Buildings are well built, and generally quiet due to being older construction.
Major disparity issue on water bills between units.
Overall tennant make-up is good.Extreme short-term tennants are problematic and undesirable.Overall saftey is generally a non-issue.
Primary current issues are: extreme lack of proper response on maintenance issues, from simple repairs to leaks, to mold.Nightly Gunfire from older aparment complexes behind property.Owner-Management(privately owned) appears to be unconcerned for overall well being of units, employed staff, and most important--Tennant Satisfaction.Signed annoymous to prevent reprocussions.
