Lived here since Dec 08; I live in the front in the older phase. No bug problem, noise comes from the main street and I haven't had a problem with management. From the day I was approved; I had no issues with management. YES, the place is old. It needs to be renovated; badly. But, for what you pay to live this close to the city; what can you expect. You're paying live practically in the Buckhead area, have "Lenox" Road address and to live within 5 minutes of downtown, Atlantic Station.
