Kinda funny how the other ratings on this board talk about how great the office staff is, and how all of the great benefits of living at these apartments revolve around the office staff...Think it might be office staff rating this place''



Here's the real deal from a former resident...me.





From the 1970?s vintage appliances stuck together with duct tape, to the waterlogged, collapsing floors and paper thin walls, these apartments would make a perfect movie set for a post apocalyptic Mad Max film.All in all a lovely boot camp for Atlanta?s criminal element.



With the constant soundtrack (clearly audible through the tissue thin walls )of your neighbor?s every burp, step, or grunt punctuated by slamming their toilet lid, to the diverse wildlife, including a plethora of insects and four legged rodents, this is one place you would love...to see demolished.


Menacing maintenance staff armed with spit and bailing wire make for an interesting and exciting service call...if you can get one.


The management (aka slumlord) is shady and dishonest and completely unresponsive to resident?s problems...until of course it is time to collect their exorbitant rent or charge you for leaving picture nail holes in the ancient,stained and pockmarked walls.Any complaints to management are met with a weird circular logic that tries to put the blame on you for...well..living at Les Jardins.


Cross this one off the list folks. You?ll thank me someday!


Avoid this place like the freaking plague!
