I lived here for over a 1 year. Since I have been here management has changed 3 times. They lure you with the spacious apartments what they do not disclose is that they were built in the 70's the interior is outdated and in bad need of repairs. The mold and mildew is so bad they make up sign a disclaimer when moving in. This of course attracts bugs centipeds and cockroaches. And maintenance does nothing to help. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO CALLS TO REPAIR ANYTHING!! My apartment along with my neighbor was broken into. We called 911 and reported to the police
The police told me and I did verify this these apartments have a long history of crimes. According to the [Crime Statistics Information Report] I requested from Dekalb County Police Department this apartment has 16 burglary cases, 15 larceny cases, 8 criminal trespassing cases, and many other cases such as stolen cars, assaults, property damages. The management will do NOTHING to improve the safety or security, only thing they care is the rent. And the rent increases every year.

The parking lot is the childrens playground. So it is always noisy and dirty. There's graffiti on the walls, the leaking ceiling results in the mildew on the wall. The ridiculously high utility fee is because of the old building. You can always hear your neighbor's noise. The unfriendly staff don't even care your problems.

If you enjoy sleep do not choose Les Jardins!!!
