I lived there for three years and management changed so many times I can't count.
The apartments are very old. the apartments are large but you have to share the space with the roaches. There is a new manager every three months who changes the rules every three months. Save all your receipts and put everything in writing because one manager will tell you one thing and when the new one shows up they want to charge you for something. I had a friend that recently moved out. Management did a final walk through of the apartment. Didn't tell them that anything was wrong during the walk through and sent them a bill for $600. Then they turned in the keys a week before their vacant date because management never told them during the walk through that anything was wrong. The size of the apartments may be appealing but the rest of the problems is not worth the space. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!!!!!

I know who you are talking about and I also know you only know one side of the story. It's unfortunate that you feel this way and made your opinion without knowing all of the facts.
