Please note that as the saying goes, there is often a bad egg. One resident, finds enjoyment in publicy discussing irrelevant and/or resolved issues with the neighborhood. His strength does not lie in resolving issues as I, along with other residents, have had much success. Also, a simple web search will tell you about his unimpressive history.

Other residents have been suprised when they learn who is the owner of his unit (again, simple web search). While this is a friendly and well educated community, I can only hope that Uribe will soon find a home that better suits his needs. Perhaps we can recommend a moving company.
