Great Place to Buy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This is a wonderful community of young professionals. There are a few leased units, but the majority of the community is owner-occupied. Renters are highly despised to the benefit of the community. The new HOA management company has done a great job making the community whole, and lowered the fees! The commute downtown is an absolute breeze, you can take the highway or the backroads. Really dog friendly! Highly recommended for a single or couple 20-30 something.
