me and my friend moved to Atlanta from Augusta to go to college. We were only 19 and needed an apartment quick. This seemed like the best choice at the time. The apartment is nice, clean. I love the apartment, its just maintence and management you have to deal with. When we moved it, it was our first apartment and while we asked all the questions that we could, we still didnt get any answers. The assiant manager didn't know anything and while we were supposed to be getting a deal with our first months rent, 300 off, we ended up overpaying because the Assistant manager didn't even know how much to give us for rent. All the things were had been promised, like the cabients being revarished, were never done. Maintence told us "oh we don't do that." Maintence walks into the hosue like they own it, not even giving you enough time to answer the door. This apartment was a hasty decision and I wished we had more time to think about it, but we're stuck in a year lease and I'm counting the days till we move.

I lived there and that sames like the kind of side-step shuffle techniques they do. I counted my days until liberation as well!
