First let me say that I have never lived at Rivercrest. I therefore have no authority to make any judgments about it. However, before choosing to sign a lease with Rivercrest, I highly suggest that you obtain the last 2 years' worth of police reports on the property from the Fulton County police so that you can make your own judgments. Checking the police reports on complexes in which you are considering living is always a good idea as it provides a good source of unbiased information about how safe those complexes are. If you're interested in living in the area of Rivercrest and you obtain the police reports on Rivercrest and some nearby communities (the others I obtained were River Crossing and Autumn Brook), you should find a wide variance (I did) and your choice (or at least the choice NOT to make) will become a lot more clear. An interesting finding: the two complexes with courtesy officers (which I should point out are distinctly different from security guards) have dramatically different (and in my opinion, better) criminal records from the one that does not have a courtesy officer.
Since I have not lived at Rivercrest, I am leaving all ratings at their default number of 3.
