Gets worse and worse

I first moved here in 2001 because it was 5 miles from my office and the square footage could not be beat. What I have discovered is that it takes repeated calls to maintenance and the front office to have any repairs made, the office staff is completely different everytime I walk in, and the rent increases are outrageous. The quality of the neighborhood has gone significantly downhill. Teenagers roam the neighborhood at all hours of the day and night, I have not seen a security officer in over a year, parking is atrocious, my neighbors blast music at all hours (with no noticible response from security or front office despite repeated calls), and my power bills are so outrageous, that I only run the heat and air less than 6 months out of the year. (I am convinced that there is NO insulation in these walls) The office has promised to have our carpets cleaned, to no avail. The last rent hike (confirmed with neighbors that I am paying over $150 more a month even they moved in shortly after I did at my referral)has been the last straw. I recommend that NO ONE choose this complex.
