Do not rent from this place if you want your deposit back. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received my deposit. "We're working on it" is all I'm told. They can't keep a manager if their lives depended on it - in the YEAR that I was there - we must have had at least 6 managers. The maintenance issues SUCK - they are only allowed to have 3 maintenance people on staff which is ridiculous. They never return phone calls and it takes several phone calls to have maintenance come and take a look and then all you get is "we'll be back" The lack of training of one of the maintenance personal even caused my apartment to catch on fire. He was a nice guy but didn't understand everything that needed to be done. Electric bills are outrageous because the walls aren't insulated AT ALL so there's no keeping the heat/cool air in or out. It's a lose lose situation. If I save one person from misery then I've succeeded
