This place has been a headache from the very beginning. The management is nice enough, but the apartments are just old and not kept up with. Here are several issues we've had to deal with and we've only lived there 3 weeks (decided to break the lease and get outta there before the first week was through): roaches, water running, water damage and leakage, paper thin walls (I can hear the dog running upstairs, I hear people talking and coughing, walking around sounds like the building is going to crumble), FILTHY dirty apartment, aesthetics inside are bad (2 different water handles for hot and cold, paint dripped all over the floor and walls, crusty crumbly crap coming off the walls that were just "redone", one of the doors was put on upside down). There's more too, but that's the gist.

This apartment I described was the better apartment, the first one they gave us was worse - not even suitable for living in! They didn't even change the carpet, the place completely reeked like dog pee and it was so nasty dirty with roaches and old beat up appliances!

Plus my mold allergies are going crazy here. Should have known better, learn from my mistake and DON'T rent here. I can't wait to get out of this place. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
