I have been living at Rivercrest for 2 yrs. and have had NUMEROUS problems and complaints. When I first moved in, it was lovely. The neighborhood was nice and at that point was being kept up. People were out walking their dogs, playing volleyball, spending time down by the river, and it was quiet. The staff was very cool, courteous, and issues were resolved quickly and efficiently, but in the past year this complex has gone downhill quick. Ever since AIMCO took over it has been a nightmare. The staff is unresponsive and in some cases downright uncool. The neighborhood has changed immensely with kids hanging out at all times at night. I kid you not, one night someone was out in front of the pool bouncing a basketball at 12:30am(on a weeknight no less), being in that I had to be up for work at 5am, I was not happy. It has gotten a little (just a little) better, just recently (in terms of the office staff) but for the most part it is still rather inadequate. Anyway, DO NOT rent from Rivercrest. Read some of the other reviews as well, most of them will tell you the same.
