All apartment communities have their ups and downs. Rivercrest is about to go through an extensive exterior rehab and the interiors are being completely redone after every move out. The floorplans are huge with true walk-in clostes and they even have 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes that overlook the river!!

Residents need to remember that they will be living in the woods on the banks of the Chattahoochee river. You may experience some pest control issues, but hopefully the new service that just began from Orkin Pest Control will eliminate all of that.

Management also may change. They are running a business like anyone else and they will continue to experiment until they find someone who is a good fit for Rivercrest and loves it as much as we do.

By the way, there are some people who have lived here for 20 years and never plan on moving.
