I have nothing against the area but the apartments are very old which means you have numerous maintenance issues. Which may be okay if the maintenance was up to par.But check this out: They have a sewage problem in one of the buildings that has cause numerous apartments to flood with sewage coming up thru the bathroom sink(is that nasty or what) and how they take care of the problem is, after the resident complains enough, they move them to another apartment and then move in a new tenant without fixing the problem-I havent used my bathroom sink in 4 months because when someone in the building turns on their shower, sewage rises
in my bathroom sink (no lie,4 months)the parking is terrible and the resident liason is very rude -but you wont see this on the day you sign your lease

Ok -- This was me in 2006 - i am now coming to the end of my lease and will be moving to a house in the next month but - since I wrote this review in 2006 a lot has changed.. The Rennovations, the rent increase(but I guess you gotta drive out the ones that cant afford it to set the standard)- as for the office staff, that has changed so many times, but 1 thing still remains solid and consistent, and Thats Le`Roy. He has been there thru all the changes and is the on person you can always count on from the office.(My hats off to him) - The new rennovations has taken this complex to the next level-- the parking is still terrible but the parking lot looks good.. I havent seen anymore sewage or flooding issues since the new owners took over but that may be the reason you always recieve notices that the water will be turned off due to them repairing the pipes- "I truly have to take my hat off to the changes they have made" I didnt think this complex was worth saving, but as you can see- If it wasnt for moving into our new home, I would have signed a new lease... Congrats to the Lodge..... and make sure you keep the best asset you have and thats Le'Roy.... He makes all the difference when you can always go to the office and see a familiar face to help with anything you have... Good Luck
