i cant stand this place too old and everything breakdown atleast twice a week(heater and AC etc). Floors are unleveled. balcany so old and rickety afraid to walk on it. The place smells like the sewer all the time especially when it rains. Light switches throughout the apartment do not work. fixtures need to replaced. The paint jobs are horrible. i can go on for ever. Oh yeah cant forget that some of the place also have a bad mildew build up behind the walls.
