These buildings are showing their age a little, we have lived in a downstairs apartment for 1.5 years and when it rains my closet is under a 1/2 inch of water. Whether or not they would fix I don't know, I dont feel like evacuating myself so a bunch of guys can come in and fix it for two weeks. I've requested they fix the 3 foot hole in my porch screen about 7 times over the past year and a half, and they keep telling me someone will be out this week to do it. They fired the only good maintenence person because he would take his time and fix things right instead of doing halfass cheap fixes like apartments want to do all the time. My power bill is 175-250 dollars year around because the central air is so old. Huge apartments though, still a good value even though they want 150 more a month now to stay here. Good location. Every place else I have looked at has been worse overall, we might just stay here...

P.S. oh and by the way they have some contract with a small fry cable company that charges $50 a month for only 52 channels. No Comcast means no cable modem means Bellsouth runs the internet game here. BEWARE. Even with the fastest DSL they sell, they lines are either so old or the system is so overloaded you will be lucky to get faster than 56k page loads and 50k/sec download bandwidth. The level of service you buy from them has no consequence on the speed whatsoever; we have proven this theory in multiple apartments here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

The crappy DSL and no cable option, PLUS the requirement to have renter's insurance for a dish....definately makes you think twice about this place.
