HORRIBLE!!

I have only lived here for a couple of months, but it has been the worst couple of months in my life. From day 1 I have had problems with my apt and with the office staff. Problems like water leaks, doors not properly locking,no hot water- just to name a few. You have no idea what I went through just to get these problems somewhat resolved. When they do finally come out, instead of properly repairing the problems, they do a sloppy job. I cannot wait until my lease is up, because I will definitely not be renewing. Any complex owened by AIMCO will not get another dime of my money. I only wish I had found this site before I signed my lease.
