After reading some of the comments for Rivercrest I was very disapointed. I have lived here for 5 years now. I could move out, because of all of the chaos, butI know it is getting better. I know the residents are worried about all of the new rennovations. The problem here is they may not want change. You cannot always make everyone happy. I think Rivercrest is a perfect place to live. The scenery is just beautiful. I am actually moving into a bigger place soon. I am very excited about all of the great things they will be doing to the property. The staff has been great at explaining the changes that will be taking place. Jessica is a great manager. She wants what is best for the residents and the property. It is time for a change. Atlanta needs another great apartment community that represents a great city to live in. I am proud to live here and I am supportive of the staff. They take great pride in the property and the residents. Some people will never be happy. Keep up the great work. Some of us know that you are all doing a SUPER job!

From what I hear, that place used to be full of ghetto people and they raised the rent to where they couldnt afford it anymore so they HAD to leave...this is coming from someone who JUST moved in there this past year. I went to see once place and the other lady was correct it WREAKED in there..water damage etc..OMG I almost threw up. There's no safety, no gates..people all hanging out watching your every move..I'm a priave person, so this place was HELL NO to me! Good luck if you have kids or you're a single female..I was broken into at Cambridge of Buckhead Apts (formerly Grove Buckhead) needless to say it was my maintenance guy...he quit a week later. YOU HAVE to have security and working cameras and peace and quiet..this is NOT what I saw when I went to visit this location!
