This site is basically for people that are pissed off to vent their sometimes unfounded frustrations. Well I am writing on a positive note. I have lived in the rivercrest community for a year now and when I first arrived I did have issues with maintenance and several things went unresolved. I love to staff, Leroy showed me the property and really made me feel at home, but the manager at the time didnt have it together. Months passed and Jessica arrives as the new property manager and there was immediate improvement. I called when my heater wasn't working efficently and 10 minutes later they were knocking on my door to fix it. I have never called or put in a work request that wasnt filled within hours. Outstanding job!! Jessica has been an asset to this community and with her staff I see this complex reaching higher heights with this rennovation. The new rates will definantly place better tenants in this community. If you dont like it here leave, that will just open more units for my type people. Thanks guys your work and dedication to this community shows.
