I have lived here for 3 years and first of all I can't believe all the comments that are negative. The complex is undergoing major renovation and looks very nice. First off how many complexes do you find on the river and has the landscaping with trees that this complex has' NONE!! I can put up with the construction and noise during the day because you know what...I have a job! Yep thats right a J.O.B. so im not there during the day anyway. I can't wait to see the improvements after the completion. The staff is great all of you Angela, Leroy, Jessica, Shannon all of you guys. One of my neighbors told me you guys were going through alot of problems with unruly tenants. Don't worry they will be gone once the rates go up just like the previous post stated. I feel like this is my home and you guys make it that way.

i've been here for over 4 years now. i'm more than upset at the recent changes. besides upping the rent by over 400$ (or of course you have the option to move out...says the leasing office), they have turned off the water many times, caused damage to my car from their "upgrades", tore off my satellite dish for no reason at all (it was in compliance as per my lease agreement and satellite agreement), STOLE MY DISH that is worth over 100$, there is possible asbestos all over the apartments, i have water and mold damage that has gone UNFIXED for the past 4 years regardless of my constant calls for repair. people are starting to sue them...i might just follow along...i have pictures, samples, documents to run with...hope they give me my dish back.
