From my understanding, Sandy Springs is going condo. And so it seems this place is as well.

They've started this MASSIVE renovation.

They're replacing the siding, the roof, the doors, the windows. That's while you're living here. They started the first building 2 months ago and have finished NOTHING since. Your porch/patio is not usuable. Scaffolding stays up at all times so any criminal with half a brain can break into your house whenever. The schedule for window and door replacement varies from "we'll give you one day's notice that we'll be there tomorrow or the next day---and never show up" to "we'll be there next week sometime but we aren't sure when so you're just screwed". We're coming in, that's it. Rivercrest is letting people you don't know and that don't work for the complex into your apartment and there's nothing that you can do about it.
There is no way to know if these workers are bonded much less ever had a background check so some rapist could be lurking outside your home right now and there's no way that you'd know or anything that you could do about it.

Then Rivercrest won't renew your lease.
They'll give you big stories about how they can get you someplace to live but they'll take your money and have you sign a 14 page lease, and then throw you out in a year. If you're lucky enough to last that long.
Why' They want to remodel the inside. There isn't enough remodeling that will cover up these structural defects. There isn't a straight line in the place!

People are fleeing here like nothing I've ever seen before.
This place is more than likely going condo. Don't waste your time or your money.
Just keep on driving.
