Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006
 
I spent 6 great years at Rivercrest and loved living by the river. When I bought my house and moved, the apt. complex began much needed repairs. NOW, they can attract better tenents to live in this upscale Sandy Springs area and get rid of the garbage that lived there. If it does go condo, I may consider buying one and moving back. But that would also depend on how it looks, how it is maintained, and who lives there
