I have lived in a lot of apt.s but never have I been through something like this! Lets just say they should have just torn it all down and started over. There is only one person in the office worth talking to, everyone else are worthless -------s! The manager has changed 3 times in the year i have lived there so nothing seems to be consistant. My closet has flooded 3 times. My kitchen has flooded 2 times. My " renovated" apt. smells like the water plant across the river(sewage). My "brand new fridge" stopped working and all my food was ruined. When I asked for compinsation they told me I needed a reciept ....um who keeps all their reciepts for food...' SO i got nothing at all. The cable company that you have to go through if you dont want to use dish is a disaster! I have probly spent around 20hrs on the phone with them to get things right. Almost every bill has extra out of the blue charges. As for the noise, I can hear the people above me cough! if she is talking loud enough I can hear that too. Two apt.s down there are about 9 people livivng in a 2 bedroom apt. and they sit outside 24/7. Everyone I have talked to can not wait to get out of there! One last thing, Make sure they show you the apt. you will be living in BEFORE you sign the lease. Some smell and others are in unlighted areas basically in the basement of others. Not a safe or convienent place to be. Please dont call this place your home, you will reget it just like me.
