Was a happy tenant until it came to renewing our lease, now they increased it by 15% and that makes me reconsider our situation. Got us in here with a great rate and now that they have us they're hijacking us for what I feel is too much of an increase in a year. I feel like they know they have us since no one likes moving and they are taking advantage now. Not sure what we may do about this just yet but has made me look at other apartment options.

As far as living situation - haven't had any problems with noise from the apartment next to or beneath us, the renovations make the apt look great and we have had absolutely no problem with maintenance issues. Management and the maintenance staff have been excellent since new property owners came on board until of course their latest 15% rent hijack. Construction is just about to begin on the unit next to us so we'll see how that effects our day to day living. Very convenient to the highway and close to many everyday needs, living here is a breeze. Favorite part' The floorplan - not a cookie cutter like all the others, love the flow, plenty of space and huge closets. Definite problem area is the energy efficiency - when it comes to heat and air conditioning, you can definitely tell these unites were built some time ago. The window areas are especially cold and the insulation is definitely not up to today's building standards so watch your electric bill!!!
