It would be a great place if...

...lots of things were different. These apartments have a great location, very close to 400 which is important to me and you can get to lots of different areas in North Atlanta quickly.
We have signed our second lease here for the sake of not having to move. I know you're likely to have maintenance issues with a newly renovated apartment, but we've been here for a year and a half and we keep having the call about the same things over and over again. Maintenance is funny, too, sometimes the only way you can get them to come is to call after hours for the emergency maintenance and leave a message.
The apartments are nice, I definitely wouldn't consider them luxury apartments but they've been totally renovated...maybe not in the best way possible, but it makes them feel pretty homey.
All of the apartments are very close to parking and roads where people are driving through, so it can be noisy at night or early in the morning. Frequently find trash including thrown out fast food and cigarette butts in the parking lot. Oh and parking SUCKS.
Basically, these apartments probably aren't worth the price, but the location is kind of the main thing. They are definitely not as nice as they make them out to be.
