Don't do it!

I agree with some of the nice things they say about the Lodge, but...the doors and windows have not been replaced, so the cold air in winter just blows in...summer it goes out. Needless to say, you'll be giving GA Power on average $175 a month for 2 people. The sinks smell like a sewer when u first turn them on, the water bill starts low and oddly creeps up each month with no explanation. Wierd people walking around, no security at all..and when you think you have to give 30 days notice to move, you find it is 60 and either sign a new lease or pay an xtra $200 for month to month. Jodi is a biotch most times, but the rest of the office staff are great. But don't be late on the rent or it's $150 xtra too!
