I have never had a company want me to falsify income documants. But I know now that if you make more than your rent is more.That's a whole other topic. I moved into a beautiful two bedroom to bath that was already occupied....BY ROACHES. They were everywhere!!!! Management was slow to respond and ineffective. When I woke to roach in my bed I had had enough. After multiple visits to the leasing office, Tanya, the property manager, assured me she would do what ever it would take for me to be satisfied. If that meant not returning my calls then I quess she meant it. I spent 1,165.00 to stay 3 nights in this apartment during my first three weeks. I wrote an intent to vacate which they promptly lost. I was transfer to another unit so serve(prisoner of the property) out my notice. All transfer fees and lease termination fees were mine to assume. The staff play pass the buck and when it falls into the property manager's hand she forgets she has it.
