First off I want to say If you are reading this then you are considering moving to Longwood Vista. If u notice the other comments you would know that Tanya (the manager) is full of it and will tell you whatever it takes to get you in and LOCK u into a lease agreement only to come up with EVERY RULE possible to get around anything that you request. I have even went as far as writing her superior and mailing it off as of yesterday. I am very DISSATISFIED and feel as though Im just giving them money !!! HONESTLY, if you are a hardworking person and you want what you pay for then this is NOT IT...its like Buying a lemon but you are still FORCED to pay for it. For the last week or so I have been living in a hotel(with 2small children) yet i pay RENT to longwood due to issues in my apt. IM TOO UPSET to get into it..but as a hardworking citizen Im going to tell everyone TO STAY AWAY from here. But anyone can feel free to email me at mochahontas2004@yahoo.com Im not hiding behind this site....Im free and willing to tell ALL. Thanks.

I agree, as a former tenant of this apartment, I had the hardest time dealing with the office there. I had a roommate that terminated the lease early, I paid an early termination fee and they took it..I wasn't supposed to pay this fee because my roommate had already paid it and they took it anyway, and I've tried repeatedly to get it. I gave them a 60 day notice so actually they weren't supposed to charge it to even one of us. I definitely recommend staying away from this apartment and agree with the writer of this review!

i also agree living here has been the worst desicion ever i wish i would have looked at this website before making it and that tanya is such a ----- with her defencive attitude and lack of management skills and with her trademake HONEY just grinds your gears
