Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
it's mostly college students, so the noise level is extreme. also, security is horrid. there was a shooting 2 nights ago during all the icy weather and they still haven't been shot. 10 cars have already been broken into and a girl was robbed at gunpoint.
